At Raleigh, we have a set process in place for managing your project.
It's important we sit with you to scope the project and understand the parameters. Together we agree targets and timelines.
Following our initial discussions, we construct samples for evaluation. We then review their performance and agree on the next steps. At this stage we can also gauge initial costs and give you an indicative quote.
This is the longest phase of the process and will often include pilot line and main line trials (all with your input), as well as trials held at your own facility. All this is done working in partnership with the Raleigh Business Development Team.
Once a construction is agreed, the next step is the approval of the manufacturing process and confirmation of costs & quote.
This phase includes taking all the development process work and the operational qualification and signing off the specification with you.
